Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Cold-chain handling

Peptides are temperature-sensitive. We ship lyophilized vials sealed and insulated, with cold packs sized to the transit window, so the compound arrives in the same condition it left our freezer.

Rates and delivery

  • Free cold-chain shipping on orders over $200.
  • Flat-rate cold-chain shipping on orders under $200, shown at checkout.
  • Domestic delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed at dispatch. If your tracking shows a significant delay that risks the cold chain, contact us so we can help.

Returns & replacements

Temperature-sensitive items

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened vials or items whose cold chain may have been compromised after delivery. This protects the integrity of the catalog for all researchers.

Damaged or non-conforming shipments

If your order arrives physically damaged, or if a lot does not match the results on its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.

Lost shipments

If tracking indicates a shipment is lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it and get a replacement moving.
