FAQ

Questions, answered.

Purity, storage, handling, shipping, and the rules of the road. If something isn't here, ask us.

Our products are sold strictly as materials for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and they are not intended or labeled for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified buyer using them for research purposes.

Every lot is tested by HPLC for purity and confirmed by mass spectrometry for identity. The result is a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis that ships with your order. Our catalog standard is ≥98%, and most compounds run ≥99%.

See the full process on our Quality & Testing page.

Store sealed, lyophilized vials at −20°C, protected from light. In this state they are stable for extended periods. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within the window noted on the lot documentation.

Orders ship from the United States with cold packs and insulated packaging to preserve compound integrity in transit. Standard dispatch is within 1–2 business days. Cold-chain shipping is free on orders over $200; otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout. See Shipping & Returns.

No. Because these materials are for laboratory research only, we do not and cannot provide dosing guidance for humans or animals. Product pages include reference specifications and general handling notes for the lyophilized compound only.

This is a demonstration storefront, so no live payments are processed. A production deployment would typically support major cards and other standard processors, with checkout secured over SSL.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, opened or temperature-compromised items cannot be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged or a lot fails to match its COA, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
